1. Formal Documentation
Employers or companies abroad seeking to hire workers from Nepal are required to provide the following documents, issued in five (5) sets on behalf of Nimbus Hospitality Network. These documents should be printed on the company's letterhead, duly signed/stamped by an authorized representative, and then attested by both the Chamber of Commerce and the nearest Embassy of Nepal.
- Demand Letter
- Power of Attorney
- Guarantee Letter
- Agency Agreement
- Employment Contract
2. Authorization of Documents
Upon receipt of the original attested documents, we submit them to the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE), Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of Nepal, to obtain pre-labor approval/permission for deploying workers from Nepal. In certain cases, the DOFE may directly contact the employer/company, and we kindly request your cooperation during the verification process.
3. Vacancy Announcement, Interview, and Screening
Following the permission granted by DOFE, the recruitment process proceeds as follows: The vacancy announcement is published in authorized national daily newspapers as mandated. Pre/Final interviews (direct/online) and trade tests (if applicable) of potential candidates are conducted by the client (employer).
4. Medical Checkup
Selected candidates undergo a medical check-up at authorized medical centers.
5. Visa Process
Only candidates who are medically fit and ready for travel are processed for visas.
6. Final Approval
Upon receipt of the workers' visas (if not available online, DOFE may request the original visa), we submit all necessary documents of each visa-issued candidate to DOFE to obtain Final Labor Approval. After granting Final Labor Approval, we are authorized to deploy the workers for foreign employment.
7. Travel Arrangements and Departure
Upon confirmation of air tickets, flight details are provided to the employer via email or telephone 12/24 hours before departure. Before departure, an affidavit is signed between the worker and the recruitment agency. Finally, all necessary documents (including the original passport, air ticket, employment agreement, etc.) are provided to the workers.
8. Orientation
Before departure, mobilization staff orient each worker about job nature, safety procedures, climate conditions, country rules and regulations, customs, traditions, place of work, and environment.
